How to buy app in apple tv using itunes credit

I have some credit in my itunes account that I want to use to buy apps on apple tv4. Currently apple tv doesn't show the available credit, instead when trying to buy an app it goes to default payment option (i.e. credit card stored in my account).

Is there a way to use existing itunes credit for tv app purchases?
