no me llega el link de verificacion

hola mi Apple ID esta bloqueado, y cuando me envían el mail para verificar mi cuenta y cambiar la contraseña no me llega el link de verificación. Alguien sabe que se puede hacer?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.1
