yes I was trying to get backup but my phone get hung and I can not use it
That is not a question. It is a statement. What is the condition of your phone now? Have you tried re-booting it?
Backing up the phone does not change anything at all on the phone. Performing a backup should not affect your ability to use the phone. Performing a restore, however, could leave your phone in an unusable state if it's interrupted before it's complete.
