When I call my daughter from my iPhone or landline, it goes directly to :leave a message". It doesn't even ring. Others call her and it works just fine. Anyone know a solution?

It sounds as if she may (accidentally, I'm sure 😉) blocked you. Tell her to go into your contact entry, and go all the way to the bottom of the entry. If it says "Unblock this Caller" she should tap that. It will change to "Block this caller". You should then be able to call her.
I had a similar problem about 5 years ago involving inability to call only one landline number from a cell phone (or vice versa -- can't remember which). I contacted my cellular carrier and they were able to identify and resolve the problem which was on their end and did not involve the phone.
Have you double checked that she didn't accidentally block your number?
