How do you delete an app from Ipod Touch
I bought an app that I found is not compatible with my lifestyle. Do you know how to delete it?

Press and hold the app icon until all of the apps start jiggling. Tap the x in the upper left of the icon you want to delete. Press the Home button to stop the jigging.
