HELP please my Mac mini brand new day 0 very slow!

Hello!

I just received my brand new mac mini for £399 and its running very slow, ~30 sec delay, crashed once, black screen twice for about a minute then flickering, has been running for about an hour in total. I know I went for cheapest option with low specification but I would like to use mac just for browsing net and simple tasks really. so far very disappointed. If its going to continue I may consider to return it 😟 . What do you think guys? Thank you! Andrej 😐

Thank you, I have done so, they have suggested to reinstall operating system as they needed to make sure its not software issue rather than hardware before I would return the mac mini. However since then mac mini speeded up a lot and I had not any trouble with it and therefore I think its not point to reinstall operating system. I am still being a bit paranoid as 14 days exchange period is running out. 😎
