My iPhone 5 has a frozen screen. I have tried holding the 2 buttons to reboot and the Apple comes up as if rebooting but comes back to a frozen screen
My iPhone 5 has a frozen screen. I have tried holding 2 buttons to reboot and yes it goes to Apple sign and looks like rebooting but comes back to a frozen screen. So can not slide to open up screen. Please help.
