itunes won't sync photos back to iphone

Ever since iphoto switched to photos, the photos are not syncing back to my iphone. My photos are imported from my phone to photos in the computer, but photos will not sync the chosen folders back to my phone. All the photos synced to phone prior to this are still on my phone
