Mac Pro Memory Ram compatibility ?!

Hi, I was about to purchase 32GB RAM 800Mhz DDR2 for the Mac Pro 2008 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA8X636M2620 but I found another one with the same specs for way cheaper http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA8X636M0922&cm_re=memory_ram_3 2GB_800-_-9SIA8X636M0922-_-Product

I want know if it will work. On the Apple website says that the memory ram must have:

- 800 MHz, DDR2, FB-DIMMs

- 72-bit wide, 240-pin modules

- 36 memory ICs maximum per DIMM

- Error-correcting code (ECC)

It seems to meet all the criteria, so I don’t see a problem using the second one, they are both from the same brand so I don’t know why there is a price difference. I know that the first comes with the mac pro memory kit, which are necessary to instal into the computer, but I do already have those kits (memory adapters).

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

yeah, I know, I checked that as well... the $411 is the correct one which in on NEMIX website (http://www.nemixcorp.com/32gb-8x4gb-ddr2-800mhz-fbdimm-apple-mac-pro-2008-3-1-8- core-quad-core-ddr2-800mhz-fbdimm-2-8-3-… ) but the $149 is not, and has the exact same specs, which should work, is not for mac maybe because doesn't come with the Memory Kit (adapters for the memory itself) for Mac Pro which I already have, they shouldn't charge $200 for those adapters... thanks anyways, I appreciate you help! All the best...
