How do you "pause" a Playback track

I want to be able to pause all tracks at once in the middle of a song so that I can do a James Brown type thing where the whole band 'hits' at a certain time, in the heat of the groove, etc. All I can find is the Play/Stop buttons in the Playback Mapping Options. Let me know thanks!

Hi

There is no "Pause" functionality other than using Play/Stop.You need to choose the appropriate Play From (Current Position) and Snap (Off) functions.

Can you be more specific?

When I click 'Synchronization' and then 'Snap To' , for the 'Saved Value', 'Button On' and 'Button Off' pop-up menus I chose "off" and then "map parameter", mapping it to the button I wished to map it to;

The results I had were that the button did not even glow when I mapped it this way; let alone work to 'pause' the track.

Where did I go wrong?

Thanks
