iTunes, iMatch & DRM

iMatch is not currently taking new subscriptions in US: is there any other way to update old iTunes DRM tracks with DRM-free ones?

That's strange. I would think if Apple discontinued it you'd see it plastered all over the web. I can't see a single mention of it. Perhaps it is a temporary service issue and you should try again tomorrow?

I hope so, but wonder why iMatch would be down... Have not heard any big announcements.

By the way, it's called iTunes Match, not iMatch.

Yes, thanks for the correction. Its annoying to look for "Match" online and have a dating site show up.

Tried it again this morning and iTunes Match works fine: don't know what the problem was yesterday but tried a few times over a two-hour period and got the message that iTunes Match was not accepting new subscriptions.

Problem solved now.
