unsupport photo sync with deviceos ios8.3

Can anyone tell me why (using itools latest version) i'm receiveing the follow error message:

"unsupport photo sync with deviceos ios8.3"

I'm just triying to sync photos from my pc to my iphone 6s (ios 9.1).
