Every time I put my Apple Id password in, the screen just shakes/does not say its incorrect just wont accept it. I previously reset all the settings in my phone and then was going to restore my phone. I did not see the option to do both. now i can't restore my phone at all

From a computer, visit https://appleid.apple.com/ and see if you can login successfully. If not, then use the password reset link provided to reset your password.
Then, go back to working with your iPhone.
Not accepting Apple ID!
