no airplay mirror osx

I have updated and now I have lost no airplay icon in top right of mac. Airplay via iTunes is fine. Any ideas?

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

not all macs support airplay mirror and not all versions of OS X does you can read about it here
