I need to reset my security questions

Hi there..


I need to reset my security questions, because I'v set the answers since five years ago, and forgot them.

But the choice in my Apple ID account (Forget your answers? send reset security info email to.....com)..

is not shown !! so, what can i do ???


I really need to reset my security questions

If you aren't getting the reset link on your account then you don't have a rescue email address on it (an alternate email address is different), you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security


If your country isn't on that page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html


When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses

because I'm from Saudi Arabia, and then they replied by useless solutions 😕

Finally.. I regret to say that I couldn't reset the security answers 😢

Do you have another suggestions...?

A rescue email address is added by answering the security questions, if you've just added an address to your account it will be an alternate email address which is not used for resetting security questions.


If you are in Saudi Arabia (and that must therefore be the country on your account) you should use the phone number on the first link so that you can speak to Support there (it looks like an international call here to the UK) : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
