iPad will not bring up the keyboard when I try to fill out an external request for internet access
Hi,
I have a new iPad Air 2, and very recently it has started refusing to bring up the keyboard correctly, when I am trying to log into an external internet account. I am traveling and need to access internet but cannot fill in any of the required fields, it will bring up the top gray bar with the up and down arrow (they do nothing, I have tried pressing everything on there) but nothing else, just blank space beneath.
I have read other blogs and tried resetting the keyboard and things like that but it won´t even let me split the keyboard.
Therefore, I cannot get Internet Access Login. Please help, I´m new on the forum and hope I have filled this out correctly... my apologies if I have made errors here.
Sorry I haven´t included my operating system but when I try to check by going to software update it won´t let me because I don´t have internet.
I suspect a lot of these errors came about when I updated to software version 9.1 as this is not the only problem I am now experiencing, however, at this point, it is the most vexing.
