sync or/and reinstall problem with logic pro

using logic pro 10, having trouble with sync, popups always showing me different sample rates...

what´s the problem?

additional: if i try to reinstall the program, i cannot succeed, cause originally i installed from cd, so i seem not to be registered in the app-store.....cannot reload the program from the store...:-(

system was running since i reinstalled a new harddisk...

pls help!!!!:-)

If you originally installed from DVD, you need to reinstall from DVD with that serial number.

Can only reinstall from App Store if you purchased from App Store.

I don't think Logic Pro X ever cam on DVD, that must have been Logic Pro 9.

you are right, it was originally logic 9....

does it make sense to reinstall version 9 from dvd or is there another solution?????
