I bought a ringtone but it isn't showing up anywhere?
I bought a ringtone but it isn't anywhere. Not on my PC, not on my iPhone, not anywhere. I even got a receipt email, and my money is gone. I don't know where to look.
iPhone 5c, iOS 9.1
It should have downloaded onto the device that you bought it on (they are one-time only downloads so won't show on other devices/computers for redownloading) - if you bought it on your phone then it doesn't show as an option in Settings > Sounds, nor in the Contacts app for being assigned to a contact ? If not then try contacting iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If you can find it in Settings > Sounds or in Contacts, or if iTunes Support give a redownload, then copy it over to your computer's iTunes library via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so that you can take a backup copy of it
