Maybe with a recovery app like the following if yo did not do a secure erase:

However, none may work on an SSD

You generally cannot recover data from an SSD after ERASE or re-Partition.


This is because the block numbers are scrambled during the erase, and asking for data from a block that is now unallocated usually returns blank data, not the previously stored data.


With a rotating magnetic drive, block numbers for all blocks are pre-allocated and do not change. Files that are discarded have their Directory entry cleared, but do not erase the Data blocks, "scavenger" programs can then find some used data blocks and propose them as "found" files after a regular erase. Secure Erase over-writes the data and the information is gone.
