Tôi đến từ Việt Nam, tôi gặp vấn đề với APPLE ID?

Dear Mr/ Ms,

I have problem with my Apple ID. So when I start used Iphone 6 Plus.

The First: I get new account Apple ID: xxx@icloud.com with the my Pass word (maybe I have used with the other Email: xxx@gmail.com or xxx@yahoo.com...etc).

The second: I get new account iCloud and Password Apple ID....

After that, I lost my password. I used https://applied.apple.com and reset password to my Apple ID (xxx@iCloud.com) but not received Email from Apple.

Now my Apple ID is loked, My iCloud can not received mail from Apple so change Password ..I can not review Email from Apple to me for Apple ID Password...

Tôi tạo tài khoản Apple ID là: xxx@icloud.com. Sau đó tôi tiếp tục tạo tài khoản iCloud là: xxx@icloud.com với mật khẩu tương tự.

Một thời gian sau tôi quên mật khẩu của Apple ID, tôi làm theo hướng dẫn để lấy lại mật khẩu. Tuy nhiên khi đó tài khoản Email iCloud của tôi báo " Lỗi Apple ID hoặc Password" Vì thế tôi không vào Email để đổi lại mật khẩu theo đường link Apple gửi...Tôi phải làm sao.

Rất mong nhận được sự giúp đỡ. Tôi rất hoang mang. Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi sử dụng sản phẩm của Apple vì thế hãy giúp tôi.
