Why cant my Bluetooth Stereo Headset Ap-2 cant pair with my iphone 4, iphone 5 and iPad mini?? it used to connect to iphone 4 previously

Look in the manual for the Ap-2 to see how to put it in pairing mode.
It is possible that headset is able to pair with only one device at a time.
