Price Discrepancy in iTunes on Apple Tv Movies

I have noticed recently that I when I click on 0.99 cent movie rentals and choose a movie, the rental cost displayed is the full rental price, not the advertised 0.99 cents. This also, applies to the $9.99 weekly specials. I click on the movie title and the price displayed is the full price, not the discounted weekly special. Anyone else run into this?
