We are a new Internet LTE carrier in Gabon and we would like Apple to include us in the global list of carriers with their services.

Are you an authorized Apple carrier? You need to contact corporate staff at Apple in order to do that, see Contact Us in the lower right of this page. This is a user-to-user technical support site.
