How to fix my IMac Preview that won't save files?

I own a IMac 10.10.5 OS X Yosemite

3.2 GHz intel core i5

NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M 1024 MB

When I edit Images on Preview and try to save I get messages like

And I Cant Export either, even when I change the name

This Error only happens sometimes, more often then not though so I need to fix it but don't know how.
