I ordered a Iphone charger lead and it has not arrived?

Hey there,

I ordered a lead a few weeks ago and had nothing come through the door since.

My order page had a few malfunctions whilst placing the order and personal details.. Once I got through the error I placed the order and received the confirmation, Once I had the confirmation and check it the day after I realised that my door number was not on the delivery address and now I'm down without a phone and a wire?

Would anyone be able to give me some good advice on what to do?
