my apple i phone 5 (iOS 9.1 ) it has worked properly. but unfortunately now it is not showing the display. only black screen.phone is on and when i call by using another phone apple phone is ringing.but display is visible only black.can you please what is the reason.this regard.

but friend to restart first i have to switch off the phone.how can i do without showing the display. imean to switch off slide should be appear. no any thing is visible friend.

No, you don't. There is no reason to turn off the phone to follow the steps above. Please read the instructions.
friend this is the image that i have visible when i plug the power button into the PC.unfortunatly they asking pass code but i unable to insert pass code without visbile the display. and i did what you told no respond
OK, But where in the instructions was there any mention of connecting to a PC? Please try the steps as written. Do not connect to the PC when trying the steps above.

Does the phone have sufficient charge in the battery? If not, charge it for at least 30 minutes before doing the forced restart procedure. (Disconnect from the computer while doing the Forced Restart).
