ipad disabled connect to Itunes

i have the IPad disabled connect to ITunes, however when i connect the IPad ITunes is not recognizing my IPad

Hi

Turn ipad off

Connect lead to USB on your PC

Press & hold power button Down Don't let go on iPad

connect lead to iPad keep power button pressed down until PC sees iPad .

Wait for restore you may need to do this more than once.
