I have lost my sound in all my games I tried reset everything still no sound

i lost all sound on all games. I tried resetting everything including start over like new still no sound. I can play movies you tube but no game sounds

iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 9.1

You've checked notification mute (that will mute notification sounds and games, but not music and videos) via Control Centre : Turn on Mute and Orientation Lock on iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, or iPad mini 4 - Apple Support ?
