How do I remove autocorrect for iPad Dictation?

My friend how can't read due to a medical issue is wanting to type out things onto Word, on his Apple iPad Air. When he uses the microphone digtation (using the symbol at the bottom line f the keyboard) is translates speech to text fine; when he clicks 'done' the iPad automatically moves the words around & changes them, to an extent where the sentence looks nothing like what he'd originally said. In fact most of the time the sentence doesn't make sense afterwards. Is there anyway I can disable this & have the iPad just keep the words spoken, rather than have it manipulate them?
