Cannot transfer digital copies of movies from Mac to iPhone
can see the movies on iPad & Mac but not iPhone
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.1

Nothing. Tried dragging movies in, syncing all movies, made sure family sharing was on, check there is sufficient storage, can see the movies in my other devices (ipad2 air & mac but not my iphone 6 plus). Also tried resetting to factory settings and tried again.
ITs very bizarre. Called Apple Support but noone called me back. Have been waiting for 60 mins If you can help that would be great
