can't find backup file for iPad backed up on iMac

I can't find the file for my iPad that I backed up on my computer, not iCloud.

I got a new iPad so I backed up my iPad mini onto my computer. Now that I have put the backed up data onto my new iPad I want to erase it from my computer. I have looked everywhere but cannot find it.
