Different iCloud email and password on iPad and iPhone

I got a new email address and new iPad and set up new iPad with new email. Now on my iPhone it keeps asking for iCloud password with my old email?? It's like hasn't updated? I tried old password and tells me incorrect. I also restarted phone. i can't figure out how to change email on phone? It doesn't give me the option?
