Icloud inactive, email inactive. How to enable my icloud?

Hello! Since to many times i do not use my Icloud and when now i put the pasword for my adres the system tell me that this adres is not available. I tried to reset my pasword but and my email is inactive for not use reason. I can't recover my email because is an @live.it email and microsoft has disabled this form of mail. Any idea how to turn back my icloud?! I need this because i have put this icloud on my Iphone and now i can't remove this from my device 😟
