cant get IPhone5 @9.1 to be seen by Windows 10 ITunes 12 - no icon !

get seem to get my IPhone 5 to sync up with Itunes 12.1 on my WIndpows10 all-in-1 tablet

it has just started with the last update from windows 10

it have checked help, and there should be an Apple Iphone entry in the "system device manager" listing

under Universal Serial Bus Controllers, but not there

My windows explorer finds it with no problems

I have updated everything to latest, rebooted everything, changed out a couple of cables etc

Anybody have any suggestions about what to do next ?
