I just reset my network.and i cannot login in my yahoomail app. And found out that all my yahoo contacts were gone what am i suppose to do??please help

I Have iphone 5c..and just reset my network.and found out my email was logout and i cannot login in to my yahoomail app and all my yahoo contacts are were gone pls help me
