Appstore not loading, but can update apps.

Hello community,

I have been presenting the following issue for the last few days. As I open my AppStore I found myself with the following screen:

Nothing loads in the different options but in the update option in which I can download old apps I uninstalled.

I have done the following to see if it corrects the problem:

• Restart phone
• Hard reset the phone
• Tried on different wireless networks
• 3G network

The only thing I am missing is to restore my phone to full factory settings, which I am not so kin on doing. Is there anything else I should try?
