Do I need to fix this disk partition after Bootcamp installation?

I can't do anything to the partitions on my 6TB disk after a bootcamp windows 7 installation. Is there a way to get the two Macintosh HD partitions merged together again?

Bootcamp stalled after the partitioning portion and I had to restart and finish the install from the DVD (was trying to do it off a USB flash drive per the instructions but this iMac doesn't support USB flash drive boot).

I seem to have access to the full capacity of the drive from what finder shows, but a look at the partitions doesn't look right.
