can't sign in to itunes account

I purchased the new Apple TV last week, and i did all the setup but there is a problem with the accounts, I could sign in to icloud and i could sign in to gamecenter but when i try to sign in the itunes account it says "Cannot connect to itunes", i have restarted it several times, i have restored it several times, i have tried different networks, i restarted my router, i have done the setup with a device and manually, and i have connected it to the ethernet, i have tried different itunes accounts and none of this work. I will be glad if someone helped me!!!!
