I was out and about with my iPhone 6 (latest software) with about 50% battery life when, a few minutes later, I pulled it out of my pocket to see the Low Battery popup and the battery level at 14%. About fifteen minutes later, having done nothing to the phone, the battery life had returned to normal. Is it just me?

Sounds like a looping, or runaway app. Assuming no jailbreak, double-click the home button to show the app switcher and slide up the open apps. Then restart the phone
