Keyboard problem in PowerBook G4 (15-inch Titanium - Mercury)

The bottom two rows (shift, Z,X,V,..M,.) and the ctrl, option, apple key and space bar, as well as the two right-most columns ([,],return, right shift) on my Titanium Powerbook no longer response. The Cap lock light also malfunction.

If I plug in an USB keyboard, everything seems to be working. At first I thought that it's the keyboard subassembly so I got hold of one from eBay but the exact symptom happen after I exchange the keyboard.

My questions is does that seems likely to be a main logic board problem that need $$$ to fix? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
