keychain passwords not showing up on new iPad
I have a new iPad. I have keychain on but my passwords are not showing up in settings-Safari.
I have disabled keychain and set up again. The passwords show up on my iPhone.
iPad Air, iOS 9.1

Go to Settings/iCloud and uncheck syncing. Wait a couple of minutes and then reset syncing.
