Notifications disappearing from lock screen overnight?

I have the same issue with my iPhone 5. I would hear a sound and my phone would turn on but there would not be a notification on the lock screen but when opening notification center it shows the notofocation and the time saying "now" And this morning my 466 messages were reduced to 100 something but a apple specialist told me that tere is no limit to recieving imessages

Ive noticed this too. I'm running 9.3.1 and at first it did it with iMessage periodically and most recently it did it with all of my notificactions. Did you find out what was wrong? Is it a bug with the notifications centre? I did notice I had 23 messages over night and can only assume it's too much for the notifications centre to store so it just clears them.

I have also had this problem over the past couple weeks. When I check my phone in the morning, the notifications are still in the notifications area, but they no longer show up on the lock screen.

I have the same problem with the notifications on the lock screen. It's annoying... A friend a mine has it too.

I have an Iphone 6s 64gb running ios 9.3.1.

I have the same issue, I upgraded to 10.1.1 and issue is still there...also when i talk to siri, she will respond but i dont see the normal text prompts that normally follow with what she is saying. this is very frustrating.. especially when you want to check text messages for errors before she sends..lately i am seeing alot more glitches and apple seems to care alot less..

I have the same issue with my iPhone 6s. I noticed this started a few weeks back and it's driving me crazy! Did you ever find a solution?
