Could not able to sync new songs to my iPhone6S Please help!!

I'm using the latest version of iTunes in Windows 7, whenever i copy a song to music under my device the songs just appear in grey text or like disabled (please see attached image), authorized my computer & turned on home sharing in iTunes but still it does not help and i'm not able to play any song in my mobile now. Please help, don't know what i'm missing!
