Old Win 7 PC failed - bought Win 10 PC and installed new version of iTunes. Have reinstalled several times, but doesn't recognize either old iPhone - 5s or new iPhone - 6. Doesn't recognize any devices. Diagnostics simply says no device found.

When connecting iPhones to PC, I am never asked to trust this computer, but am asked to allow the computer to have access to photos and videos. Have moved photos from the phone to the PC, so I know the USB and cable are working. But am stuck as to why iTunes won't recognize them
