Cannot Connect To Server

I have recently purchased an iPhone 6s+ 64 gb and while using it sometimes i get a black screen saying "Cannot Connect To Server" ... with two options Accept or Cancel .... I am on iOS 9.1 (the latest one) and I am worried this is not a malware of some sort!
