Hi, I am trying to set up my new iPad air 2 but get stuck on "Find my iPad". I can't get technical help as my serial no. is rejected.

Hi there,

I am trying to set up my brand new iPad Air 2 but can't get any further than "Find my iPad". Nothing happens when I press either of the two options, and I can't even see to turn the Ipad off to reboot. I can't get technical help either as the serial no. on the box is rejected. Can anybody advise please?
