Could you tell me if this is compatible with my MacBook Pro mid-2012 please? (2,5GHz Intel Core 5)
It seems to meet all the requirements, but I'm a bit confused.

What means DDR3L? A CAS of 9 won't work?
That RAM is NOT compatible with a 2012 MBP. It is physically different and will not fit in the MBP slots. As suggested by leroydouglas, go to the Crucial website and check the EXACT RAM modules that will be compatible with your MBP.

I'm pretty sure the first one is compatible. But what about the second one? The price difference is huge!
The two selections have the correct specifications and should be compatible with a 2012 MBP. Macs have a reputation of being very selective in regards to RAM. Some brands, even with the correct specifications, do not work well with Macs. Kingston has a mixed record with Macs.
I personally would encourage you to find Crucial RAM for your Mac. Crucial has an excellent reputation for Mac compatibility.

Use caution. It indicates to me that that RAM may be 800 MHz frequency when it should be 1600 MHz. That may be a misprint so check it carefully before committing.

The Crucial web site has a 'scanner' that will examine your MBP and tell you EXACTLY what RAM modules are compatible with your MBP. I urge you to run the scanner and thus eliminate any doubts regarding compatibility.
