I have an iphone 6S+ and I can't copy/paste any picture (done with an iphone in the past) from my computer into the internal storage/DCIM/100APPLE.
It used to work perfectly in the past.
It's really stressfull, it looks lile everything is geting harder and harder
How can I do it like in the past ?

Copying a picture directly from a computer to an iPhone is not something that is or ever has been supported. The other direction (iPhone to the computer) is supported.
You can move a photo from a computer to an iPhone using iTunes Sync photos from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes - Apple Support
Other methods include using 3rd party services such as Dropbox, 3rd party software such as http://photosync-app.com/, or PhotoStream My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support
