iPad & Apple TV Without WLAN

All,

I have an iPad and Apple TV. The iPad is connected to WLAN; however Apple TV is not connected to WLAN. Is it possible to connect Apple TV and iPad via Bluetooth so that I can mirror iPad screen on Apple TV?
