Q: where can you go to get a vintage mac repaired?

Since our Mac is now considered vintage, can't get get support through Apple.  Is there anyone else who will look at older Mac's?

Depends on exactly where you are, but usually there are a few third-party Apple authorized service centers in any given metro area.

If you post a general idea of where you are (these forums are international in nature), perhaps someone familiar with your area can give you a more targeted suggestion.

Also, this forum section is for Apple hardware made before 1998 and gets dreadfully few views so, if your Mac is newer, please give us its specs and we can ask the Hosts to move you to a forum section where more people are available to help.

If you anywhere near Seattle WA, go see Chris at REPC in SODO. He is a Mac God. I've gone to him for years.
